1. Overview
TileWhisper is an Android app that helps Scrabble players validate words by scanning physical boards and checking terms against the Collins Scrabble Words dictionary.
This policy explains what data may be processed when you use TileWhisper and how that data is handled.
2. Camera and Text Recognition
TileWhisper uses your device camera and on-device ML Kit text recognition to detect letters and words from your board.
Camera frames are processed on your device for recognition and are not uploaded to Six Tricks servers.
3. Data We Collect
Six Tricks does not require an account and does not collect personal profile data such as your name, email, or phone number through the app.
If analytics or ad services are enabled in the app build you use, those providers may collect limited device and usage data under their own privacy policies.
4. Third-Party Services
TileWhisper may rely on Google Play and Google-provided mobile SDKs for app delivery, billing, and platform services. These services operate under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Data Retention
Data created by your use of the app is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or back it up through services on your device. Uninstalling the app removes local app data according to your device behavior.
